Windstar upped the onboard dining game with the culinary program, featuring an array of fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from each ports along the journey. The menu is crafted to highlight the spectacular flavors of the regional cuisine.

• Signature Onboard Barbecue: An event that's much more than a typical barbecue, with a focus on culinary excellence and entertainment. The barbecue features dishes like suckling pig, lobster tails, and the fresh catch of the day, often cooked on deck. After the meal, the crew performs a popular line dancing show, creating a festive and memorable evening.
• Veranda: It's breakfast alfresco, full service or buffet-style, anytime till 9:30 a.m. No need to hurry. Again, the choices are many in Veranda.
• Amphora: Amphora is Windstar's main restaurant for dinner service on all six yachts. There are no pre-assigned tables or specific seating times - guests simply choose who they want to dine with and when. The menu has long included a variety of upscale and inventive dishes, including rotating items from James Beard Foundation-affiliated guest chefs who have sailed with Windstar over the past ten years.
