Internet Packages

STANDARD WI-FI: Included for all suites, this service allows for browsing, messaging and emailing.

PREMIUM WI-FI: This upgraded service is ideal if you will be sharing social posts, streaming content, and making voice or video calls.

Classic Fleet

• Unlimited Premium Internet access for guests in Medallion, Junior Grand, Premium Medallion, Silver, Royal, Grand, Signature, Otium, Master's and Owner's Suites.
• Unlimited Standard Internet access for guests in Vista, Panorama and Veranda Suites.

Expedition Fleet (excluding Silver Origin):

• Unlimited Premium Internet access for guests in Medallion, Silver, Royal, Grand and Owner's Suites.
• Unlimited Standard Internet access for guests in Vista and Veranda suites.

Silver Origin Only:

• Unlimited Premium Internet access for guests in Medallion, Silver, Royal, Grand and Owner's Suites.
• Unlimited Standard Internet access in Veranda Suites.

World Cruises and Grand Voyages

• Complimentary Unlimited Premium Wi-Fi for all full World Cruise or Grand Voyage guests in all suite categories.

Additional internet packages are available for purchase. Wi-Fi service is not guaranteed. Silversea is not responsible if Wi-Fi service is not available. No credit or other compensation will be provided should Wi-Fi service not be available or should the Wi-Fi allowance go unused. Program subject to change.

Guests in Standard suite categories can upgrade to the Premium Wi-Fi service for an additional fee.

• Cost: The price to upgrade to Premium Wi-Fi is approximately $29 per day when purchased daily onboard, or a slightly discounted rate may be available if purchased for the entire duration of the cruise.
• How to Upgrade: You must wait until you are onboard the ship to set up your initial login and then manage the upgrade on your personal device. Pre-purchasing is generally not available.
