Cancellation Updates:
Recent updates have been made to cancellation schedules and refund guidelines for various cruise lines. Contact your Sales Agent or our Customer Service department online, via email, or by phone at 1-800-427-8473 and ask about potential opportunities for flexible cancellation policies, rebooking opportunities and other options.
All cancellation notices must be submitted in writing directly to The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection or through your authorized travel advisor. The effective date of cancellation is defined as the business day on which written notification is received by the cruise line. Cancellation penalties apply to cruise fares, pre/post-yacht hotel stays, land programs, and transfers booked through The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection.
Refunds are processed using the original method of payment, less applicable administrative charges or percentage penalties. Requests for reservation transfers, date changes, or guest name modifications are governed by standard cancellation fee structures. Guests who fail to show up for departure, present invalid border documentation, or discontinue their voyage after embarkation forfeit the full voyage fare with no refund.
