Ship-to-Shore Connections

You may be off the grid, but you're not out of touch. While at sea, you can stay in touch with family, friends and colleagues by cell phone, Internet/Wi-Fi, phone or mail. Please read this section carefully to learn about your options and applicable charges.

Stay Connected at Sea with Cellular at Sea

Set sail with Azamara and stay effortlessly connected using Cellular at Sea, ideal for moderate phone, text, and light data use-perfect for checking email or sharing moments. Available once you're in international waters aboard all Azamara ships, simply ensure Airplane Mode is off to access talk, text, and data services delivered via satellite, including Starlink where available.

Cellular at Sea activates approximately six nautical miles from shore and remains available until the ship nears land or docks. Once ashore, you can connect to local wireless networks.

For heavier internet use, onboard Wi-Fi packages are available.

AT&T International Day Pass:

• $20/day covers sea and land, offering unlimited talk and text plus 500MB/day data with no overages
• $12/day land-only rate; additional lines $6/day. (Land charges capped at 10 days per billing period.)
• No daily charge limit when used at sea

Verizon Cruise Daily Pass & Travel Pass:

• Cruise Daily Pass: $20/day at sea with unlimited calls to the U.S., texts, and 500MB high-speed data followed by unlimited 3G data
• Activate by texting "CRUISE" to 4004; charged only on days used
• Verizon Travel Pass: $12/day on land, providing unlimited talk, text, and data in 210+ destinations.

Packages

• AT&T customers can set sail and stay connected with the AT&T Cruise Plus and Cruise Basic plans.
• Verizon customers can take advantage of the Cruise Daily Pass for smooth sailing, sharing, and scrolling.

eSIM users can access Cruise+ a seamless mobile data service for your entire cruise at sea, in ports, and at destinations. A SIM unlocked eSIM capable device is required. Cruise+ offers a generous amount of data services that support web browsing, e-mail, messaging, social media, secured banking, video calling, streaming, maps and more.

• AT&T Cruise Plus: $100 - Unlimited talk, text and 1 gigabyte of data
• AT&T Cruise Basic: $60 - 100 minutes talk, unlimited text, 100 megabytes of data
• Verizon: $30 a day - .05 GB of data per day, 50 minutes of incoming/outgoing calls per day (Overage: $1.99/min), unlimited texts

Note: This offer is limited to and rates apply only to Azamara and select other cruise ships. Therefore, your AT&T Cruise Ship package allowances and overage rates for usage on-ship only apply when "Cellular at Sea" or "901" displays on your device. To the extent you are attached to land-based networks in Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean only, cruise ship allowances and overage rates also apply off-ship. Everywhere else, (including where "Cellular at Sea" or "901" is not displayed), pay-per-use rates apply, unless an additional current package offer applicable to the country visited is active on your line of service. Usage onboard a cruise ship is required.

Mobile Phones

Through an agreement with Wireless Maritime Services (WMS), Azamara offers Cellular at Sea, an advanced roaming network that lets you make and receive calls using your own mobile phone and telephone number. Cruise Ship Packages and prepaid Land and Sea eSIM are available. Gentle reminder: bring your cell phone charger.

All mobile phone users: As a courtesy to other guests, please set your ring tone to vibrate and avoid loud conversations while in public areas.

Billing

Rates for mobile phone use are determined by your home carrier, your cellular carrier handles all billing. They will bill you for any charges incurred while onboard a ship on your next monthly cell phone bill. There are no additional charges or billing from Cellular at Sea or from Azamara. Please note that calls to 800, 888, 866,and 877 numbers are not toll free.

Please contact your home carrier Customer Service department with any questions about service, charges and billing procedures before departure. Azamara staff does not have access to your service information or billing records. Actual service availability depends on home carrier participation and service permissions.
