Avalon Waterways does not offer a standalone traditional drinks package for separate purchase. Instead, an extensive array of complimentary beverages-including regional wine, draft beer, specialty cocktails, and non-alcoholic options-is already included in your base cruise fare.

Complimentary Onboard Beverages

All Avalon Waterways river cruise fares are inclusive of the following daily beverage offerings:

• Breakfast: Complimentary sparkling wine and fresh juices served every morning.
• Lunch and Dinner: Unlimited regional wines (white, red, rose), draft beer, and soft drinks served during lunch and dinner service in all onboard dining venues.
• Complimentary Daily Happy Hour: Held every evening (except the first night) in the Panorama Lounge, featuring complimentary select wines, beers, house spirits, specialty cocktails, and zero-proof cocktails designed by award-winning mixologists.
• 24-Hour Club Lounge: Unlimited specialty coffees (espresso, cappuccino, lattes), premium teas, hot chocolate, and juices available around the clock.
• Hydration Stations: Filtered still and sparkling water stations located throughout the ship, with complimentary reusable water bottles provided in staterooms.
• Welcome & Farewell Events: Complimentary signature cocktails served during the Welcome and Farewell Receptions.

A La Carte Purchases & Extra Charges

While the built-in beverage inclusions cover most guests' needs throughout the cruise, a few optional selections carry an out-of-pocket charge:

• Outside Happy Hour & Dining Hours: Premium cocktails, liquors, and wine ordered at the Panorama Lounge bar outside of meal service or official Happy Hour hours are charged to your onboard account.
• Reserve Wine List: Rare vintages, specialty reserve bottles, and high-end Champagne are available for optional purchase by the bottle.

Policy Guidelines & Tipping

• Prepaid Beverage Gratuities: Beverage gratuities for all included onboard drink services (meals, Happy Hour, Club Lounge) are fully included in the cruise fare.
• No Stateroom Package Requirements: Because Avalon includes drinks automatically rather than selling individual package tiers, there are no requirements or restrictions regarding stateroom package matching.
