Cancellation Updates:
Recent updates have been made to cancellation schedules and refund guidelines for various cruise lines. Contact your Sales Agent or our Customer Service department online, via email, or by phone at 1-800-427-8473 and ask about potential opportunities for flexible cancellation policies, rebooking opportunities and other options.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Paul Gauguin Cruises. The effective cancellation date is defined as the business day on which written notice is received by the cruise line.

Cancellation penalties apply to the cruise fare only. Airfare, hotel packages, and pre/post-cruise land programs booked through Paul Gauguin Cruises are governed by separate cancellation fee schedules based on the cancellation date and supplier rules.

For this purpose, "Departure Date" means the date the sea, air/sea, or air/sea/land program first departs and "Full Fare" means the full cost of any cruise, hotel, or air component purchased from Paul Gauguin Cruises. Some components may have different refund and/or cancellation policies and penalties and, if so, these will be explained at time of booking.

Cancellation Policies are subject to change by the cruise line. For the most current Paul Gauguin Cruises and Refund Policies, please refer to the Paul Gauguin Cruises website or a Paul Gauguin Cruises brochure.
