- How does the sweepstakes work?
A: "Like" the iCruise.com Facebook page and click the "Win a Cruise" icon. Complete the entry form with your information and click "submit". - How do I know if my entry was received?
A: After completing the form and clicking "submit", you will receive a pop-up notification that displays "Success thanks for entering!" This notification means that we've received your entry. If you are still unsure, please send an email to facebook@wmph.com and within the body of the email please include your first and last name and in the subject line please write: "Was my entry received?" - Who decides the winner?
A: The winner will be chosen via a random drawing on or around December 16th, 2012. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. We will contact the winner via email and then announce the winner on the iCruise.com Facebook page. - Can I enter more than once?
A: Only one entry per person and per valid email address will be accepted. - I filled out the form wrong. Can I change my entry?
A: Please send an email to facebook@wmph.com from your valid email address and within the body of the email please include your first and last name and country. In the subject line, please write: "Wrong entry." We will revise your original entry with the correct information. - How will you know that the winner did not cheat?
A: Once the potential winner is chosen, we will verify the entrant's eligibility and he or she will be required to sign an Affidavit/Declaration of Eligibility. Only one entry per person and per valid email address will be counted. - Is there another way to enter this sweepstakes other than on Facebook? Can I email or mail my entry?
A: No. This sweepstakes requires participants to have a Facebook account to enter and the only accepted method of entry is via Facebook. We have a similar sweepstakes running on the iCruise website that does not require participants to have a Facebook account or enter on Facebook. A: For best viewing and full functionality of the sweepstakes, we recommend you enter the sweepstakes on a desktop or laptop computer. Due to Facebook limitations with page applications you will not be able to view the sweepstakes or enter from a smart phone. On mobile tablets, we suggest viewing and entering via an internet browser rather than on an installed application which does not appear to work. For further assistance with technical issues, please send an email to facebook@wmph.com. In the body of the email, please include your first and last name and your internet browser version, for example "Internet Explorer 8.0," and in the subject line of the email please write: "Technical Difficulties."
