DRIVING DIRECTIONS

From Richmond (West) to Harbor Park Parking Site -
- Take I-64 East towards Williamsburg/Norfolk, VA
- Proceed through the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel into Norfolk
- Turn right onto I-264 West to Downtown Norfolk
- Exit at Waterside Drive (Exit 9)
- At the end of the exit ramp, make a left onto Water Street
- Follow Water Street to Harbor Park
From Richmond (West) to Cedar Grove Parking Site -
- Take I-64 East towards Williamsburg/Norfolk, VA
- Proceed through the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel into Norfolk
- Turn right onto I-264 West to Downtown Norfolk
- Take City Hall Exit (Exit 10)
- At the end of the ramp, make a right onto St. Paul's Blvd
- Continue straight until St. Paul's Blvd turns into Monticello Avenue
- Cedar Grove Parking Site is located on the right off of Monticello Avenue
From Washington, DC (North) to Harbor Park Parking Site -
- Take I-95 South
- Exit onto I-295 South to Williamsburg/Norfolk, VA (Exit 84)
- Take I-64 East towards Williamsburg/Norfolk, VA (Exit 200)
- Proceed through the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel into Norfolk
- Turn right onto I-264 West to Downtown Norfolk
- Exit at Waterside Drive (exit 9)
- At the end of the exit ramp, make a left onto Water Street
- Follow Water Street to Harbor Park

- Exit onto US-58 East (Exit 11) towards Suffolk/Norfolk/Virginia Beach
- In Suffolk, US-58 will merge with US-13; continue east
- Follow US-58/US-13 onto I-264 West towards Downtown Norfolk
- Proceed through the Downtown Tunnel into Norfolk
- Take Waterside Drive Exit (Exit 9)
- At the end of the ramp, make a left onto Water Street
- Follow Water Street to Harbor Park
Traveling from North Carolina (South) to Cedar Grove Parking Site -
- Take I-95 North to Emporia, VA
- Exit onto US-58 East (Exit 11) towards Suffolk/Norfolk/Virginia Beach
- In Suffolk, US-58 will merge with US-13; continue east
- Follow US-58/US-13 onto I-264 West towards Downtown Norfolk
- Proceed through the Downtown Tunnel into Norfolk
- Take Waterside Drive/St Paul's Blvd Exit (Exit 9); follow St Paul's Blvd signs
- At the end of the ramp, make a right onto St Paul's Blvd
- Continue straight until St Paul's Blvd turns into Monticello Avenue
- Cedar Grove Parking Site is located on the right off of Monticello Avenue
PROXIMITY OF AIRPORTS TO NORFOLK

There are two airports that serve the Port of Norfolk
- Norfolk International Airport (ORF)

- Newport News Airport (PHF)
30 minutes from the Port
We recommend that if you are booking your flights to your cruise from Norfolk, that you consider arriving a day or two early so that you can take advantage of the local attractions as well as avoiding potential flight delays, baggage collection and transfer problems that could occur.
If you are arriving the same day as your cruise departs, please schedule your flights to arrive in Norfolk no later than 2:00 pm on the day of the sailing. If this is not possible, you will need to come in a day early.For return flights, do not schedule any flights departing earlier than 12:00 from Norfolk.
PARKING AT NORFOLK

Secured parking is available at the Port of Norfolk for $15 per day (rates subject to change by the Port Authority). Port Police will be stationed along the travel route to direct guests to the appropriate parking areas and frequently patrol the area during your cruise and limited access is available only to cruise ship passengers. No advance reservations are required and the accepted forms of payment in U.S. dollars and most major credit cards.Oversized recreational vehicles will pay the same rate.
