Cruise Sales Policies

icruise.com reserves the right to charge $45 per person fee for cancellations made after a request is confirmed. Additionally, on all confirmed reservations where the cabin price is $5,000 or more, icruise will charge a 5% of cruise fare cancellation fee instead of the aforementioned $45 per person. Please refer to your respective cruise line's policies below for other penalties that may apply. Please note, most cruise lines require an adult of age 21 or more to be present in a cabin prior to accepting reservations. Please call icruise if you have minors in your group, otherwise you will be prohibited from boarding the ship and be subject to penalties uo tp 100% of the fare.
Non credit card payments to icruise.com accepted only by money order or bank check. No personal checks accepted.
Passage may be refused to any guest, and any guest's cruise vacation may be terminated at any time, at the risk and expense of the guest debarked, where, in the opinion of the ship's Captain or physician, a guest is unfit for travel or a risk or danger to himself or herself or a disturbance or danger to others. Such passenger may be left at any port or place at which the ship calls without any liability to cruise line. Cruise line shall not be required to refund any portion of the fare paid by any passenger who must leave the ship prematurely for any of these reasons, or who voluntarily disembarks or leaves the ship for any other reason, nor shall it be responsible for lodging, medical care expenses, meals, return transportation or other expenses incurred by the passenger.

Women who will be 24 or more weeks pregnant at the time of their cruise will not be allowed to sail.

A change of booking from Air / Sea to cruise only constitutes a cancellation of the air and is subject to cancellation penalties. For European sailings, a $150 penalty will apply for air cancellations made from between 69 to 30 days prior to sailing. A $50 administration fee will be charged for changes to bookings after cruise documents have been issued.
