What can I say - I love Alena as my travel agent :) I have not booked a cruise with anyone else. I think that this was my 7th? Maybe 8th? I have two more this year that Alena helped me book, and we are looking at next February / March, 2014. Alena always responds - even when she likely ought to be home in bed! :) She offers good suggestions and assists me with paperwork, edocs, etc. I have no desire to change - Alena has become a very trusted friend when it comes to cruising. She knows me and my likes / dislikes. Your company is lucky to have someone who cares as much as Alena...and has such a pleasant personality!

Greg stayed right on top of things for me. We paid some extra money and upgraded to the eighth deck, a very good move. He's very kind, very helpful, and, if he should not have an immediate answer for one of my many questions, he found the answer right away. :>)

This was my 2nd cruise on this ship in 5 months and I had another amazing time. Cruising on Carnival is an absolute blast and this cruise I brought 5 of my family members with me. This cruise will be an annual event. I highly recommend Carnival and this cruise to anyone. We booked last minute and stayed in room R141 by the elevators and loved the room and our steward was fantastic! Love Carnival!!!! Cliff did another amazing job for our group as this was the second booking we did in 5 months with him. You can always count on Cliff to see you through and take care of all your needs and wants. We will always use Cliff when booking our cruises! Thank you Cliff.
