I felt so blessed to have this vacation. The staff on board was wonderful, especially our room steward and the dining room staff. They took wonderful care of us. Our cabin was wonderful and so comfortable. The bathroom was better than I thought it would be!

Lissa did a wonderful job in setting up our vacation. I had a few special needs due to recent illness, and she helped me figure out how to best handle certain accommodations. She was wonderful.

After we booked our cruise, it was necessary to find out if the bathrooms had handicapped handles. She has serious knee problems which, when we booked the cruise, we anticipated would corrected by the time we went on the cruise. Judy could NOT have been served us any better in attempting to solve the problem. Even though it was well after we had booked the cruise, she went out of her way to get us a handicapped cabin on the cruise. Her "extra effort" ended up making the difference in allowing us to have a very good cruise. She should be thanked for her efforts.
