WMPH sells vacation travel provided by third parties that WMPH does not control. WMPH is not responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or negligent action on the part of such third party suppliers which may result in loss, damage, delay or injury to you or your travel companions. WMPH does not guarantee any of our third party suppliers' rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling or protection of personal belongings. In addition, WMPH assumes no responsibility for overbooking, cancellation or delays for cruises, hotels or airlines, tour operators, ground transportation or other providers of service.
WMPH shall not be responsible for any damage to or loss of luggage or personal items. WMPH highly recommends the purchase of travel insurance. Travelers who use this Web Site or our Call Center assume full responsibility for and hereby release WMPH from any duty of checking or verifying any passports, visa, vaccination or other entry requirements for chosen destinations. The traveler agrees that WMPH is not responsible for any potential risks and hazards associated with travel to destinations listed on the Web Site. By embarking on travel arrangements through, or utilizing information contained on the Web Site, you voluntarily assume the risks associated with such travel.
IndemnificationYou agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless WMPH and any third-party providers and distributors and their officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim, cause of action or demand, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees brought by or on your behalf in excess of the liability described herein or by third parties as a result of your use of this Web Site.
Governing LawThe laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, shall govern this Agreement and its performance. Entire AgreementThese Terms and Conditions constitute the entire Agreement between you and WMPH relating to your use of the Web Site, at any time and in any way, and supersede any prior understandings or agreements between you and WMPH relating to such use, whether electronic, oral, or written.
Cruise-only Reservations(see below for WMPH Custom Cruise Combo Terms & Conditions) Passenger Names The spelling of the names on your invoice must match your Passport or Proof of Citizenship that will be utilized when traveling. If the name or spelling is incorrect, please contact us immediately. Service charges incurred by WMPH and/or the cruise line for correcting these are the passenger's sole responsibility.
Travel Documents Documents will be sent as soon as WMPH receives them from the cruise line, and normally 7+ days prior to departure.
Proof of Citizenship Proper identification is at all times REQUIRED to travel. A passport is highly recommended as it is accepted by all suppliers of travel as proper proof of citizenship. It is the responsibility of each passenger to be aware of the proper documentation required for travel regardless of cruise line and destination, including but not limited to photo identification, proof of citizenship and visas if applicable. The cruise line (and airline, if applicable) will deny boarding if you do not provide the required documents. Should boarding be denied due to the inability to provide the required documentation, you are solely responsible for any additional expenses that may be incurred. WMPH is not responsible for refunding any moneys paid and/or reimbursing you for any out-of-pocket expenses that may be incurred.

Travel Protection/Trip Cancellation Insurance WMPH HIGHLY RECOMMENDS THE PURCHASE OF TRAVEL INSURANCE. Travel insurance will not be activated until it is paid for and confirmation has been received from the Travel Insurance provider. Travel Insurance can be paid at the time of deposit but must be paid at the time of final payment. WMPH will automatically include Travel Insurance on your invoice. Unless WMPH receives written notice of your decision to decline travel insurance, WMPH will charge your credit card for this product at the time of final payment. Changes & Cancellations In addition to cruise line and travel supplier cancellation penalties, WMPH Vacations will charge a minimum fee of $25 per person for changes and cancellations. Name changes are subject to the current cruise line policy and penalty.
Cruise Line Air Program Airfare reserved through the cruise line is subject to their scheduling. Your schedule and routing will be completed by the cruise line and available approximately 30-45 days prior to travel. Frequent flyer mileage programs, airline seat selection, and special requests are solely the responsibility of the traveler in accordance with airline policies. If you have special needs or preferences, we strongly recommend you make custom air arrangements. In requesting your air arrangements with the cruise line, WMPH acts only as an agent on your behalf and does not operate, control or supervise any airline and will not be held responsible for carriers failing to meet schedules and/or provide services. For an additional charge, WMPH can make a request with the cruise line for a specific airline, schedule, routing, or other deviation. Cruise Lines charge a minimum non-refundable service fee of $50 per person, in addition to any additional fees/penalties charged by the airline(s). All fees/penalties are non-refundable. Requests cannot be processed within 60 days of departure. Please call us to request your customized air schedule.
Responsibility WMPH shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, illness, death, cost or delay arising from or in connection with the services and facilities provided by or any act of a supplier such as cruise line, airline, rail, hotel, tour, or any other transport operator, etc., whether or not such arrangements were made by arranged by or purchased through WMPH.
WMPH reserves the right to correct clerical errors on the invoice, including but not limited to taxes, government fees, air and cruise charges, and miscellaneous costs any time up to commencement of travel. Additionally, cruise lines may increase government taxes and fees, or a fuel surcharge may be imposed by the cruise line or government agency. These additional costs, if any, will be the sole responsibility of the traveler. Any additional expenses incurred because of travel delays will be the sole responsibility of each passenger. We strongly recommend Travel Insurance to cover the cost of trip delay, interruption and cancellation.
WMPH Custom Cruise Combo PackagesWMPH Custom Cruise Combo Packages ('Cruise Combos') are designed to include multiple travel suppliers at a single price. Travel suppliers can include, but are not limited to: airlines, cruise lines, hotels, transportation companies, tour operators, shore excursion providers and resorts (see the section: Limitation of Responsibility above). WMPH reserves the right to substitute any service or travel supplier with one of similar or equal quality, at any time, without prior notice.
Online Reservations Completing the online booking form does not guarantee a Cruise Combo reservation. WMPH will make every effort to book the sailing date and category requested. WMPH will contact you with stateroom category, rates and availability of your sailing date prior to charging your credit card. A per person deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
Pricing All prices listed on the web-site are current at the time of upload and are subject to change without advance notice. Prices exclude non-commissionable fees, additional service charges, Travel Insurance, and applicable government taxes & fees unless otherwise specified. Surcharges and fees implemented by a travel supplier, even after the reservation is made, will be the sole responsibility of each traveler and is due and payable in full prior to departure.
Processing Fee Effective January 1, 2011, WMPH will charge a $20 per booking fee when confirming a Cruise Combo. Fee is added to the Cruise Combo fare at the time of booking and will be reflected in the total amount shown on your invoice. Fee is collected with final payment and is at all times non-refundable.
Revisions Travelers may request, but WMPH cannot guarantee, revisions including but not limited to name changes, choice of travel dates, cabin or room categories, and travel supplier (non-airline) preferences. A $25 per person change fee, plus any supplier penalties/fees, will apply to all confirmed revisions.
WMPH Air Arrangements From time to time, WMPH will offer promotional airfare from select U.S. gateways as part of a Cruise Combo. WMPH's ability to offer air is limited to airline scheduling and the availability of published and negotiated airfares. Airfares negotiated by WMPH and/or a third party vendor limit your ability to exchange, endorse or make changes to your airline tickets. WMPH reserves the right to select the air carrier, routing and layover city if necessary and reserves the right to substitute charter flights for scheduled service and schedule service for charter flights. Airfares may be revised upwards or downwards at any time prior to flight confirmation, are limited to certain classes of service as specified by each airline and are subject to limited availability. Air schedules are confirmed via the services of IATA carriers, unless otherwise specified. In providing air arrangements, WMPH acts only as an agent on your behalf and does not operate, control or supervise any airline and will not be held responsible for carriers failing to meet schedules whether or not air schedules/tickets were issued by WMPH or one of our preferred partners.
Due to government security regulations, WMPH requires the following information at the time of booking to secure your air schedule: your full name as it appears on your passport including middle name, your date of birth, and gender. If traveling internationally, the airlines & WMPH also require your passport number, expiration date, nationality, residential address and destination address. Failure to provide this information may result in complete cancellation of your air schedule by the airlines without advance notice to WMPH. WMPH cannot guarantee the rebooking of your original air schedule and additional airline fees/penalties may be assessed. Airline tickets and cruise documents will not be released until required information and additional payment is provided in full to WMPH. WMPH highly recommends travelers to check-in for flights at least 2-3 hours prior to departure, depending on your final destination and the government-regulated level of airport security in place at the time of travel. Connecting flights are booked per the rules of the airlines.
Flight schedules are released approximately 30-days prior to departure and only after WMPH has received final payment. The air portion of your Cruise Combo is at all times non-refundable. WMPH cannot guarantee a specific flight schedule in advance. Should you desire a specific air schedule in advance, an air deviation fee of $50 per ticket will be charged in addition to the fare difference. Flights travelling west to east may be red-eye flights. WMPH is not responsible for seat assignments, special meal requests, or other airline policies. The guest must direct specific requests to the airline(s) directly. Depending on the airport (usually international airports), you may be responsible for airport departure or facility fees or other taxes/fees/surcharges assessed by the airport or foreign government agency.
All travelers are responsible to ensure they have the proper identification to travel with both the airline(s) and the cruise line.

Documents You will receive your travel itinerary and any required documents via e-mail approximately seven (7) to fourteen (14) days prior to travel. Documents that are required to be shipped to a country outside of the U.S will be subject to the shipping costs that apply.

You must call and speak with a live agent or submit a quote request to take advantage of this rate. Additional discounts may be available for groups of eight or more cabins. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and America Express are accepted. WMPH Vacations charges a $20 Processing Fee on all of our exclusive Cruise Combo land and cruise packages.
